U.S. District Judge P. Kevin Castel on Friday ordered Kellogg Hansen to explain how the firm plans to represent British newspaper Daily Mail in the multidistrict litigation over Google's digital advertising while representing Facebook in a separate antitrust case brought by the Federal Trade Commission.
