Google asked plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation to hold off filing their complaints as the company seeks emergency relief and appeal of an order denying its request to seal portions of the lawsuits. The company said Epic Games filed its complaint Friday, "despite counsel for all other Plaintiffs indicating agreement to provide time for Google to file its papers."
