Dentons signs up for MoD contracts role

Denton Wilde Sapte is advising the Ministry of Defence (MoD) on the negotiation of a series of industry contracts after winning a tender for the role last year. The firm is advising on discussions between the MoD and Devonport Management over contracts relating to maritime facilities at Devonport. The negotiations also involve a long-term partnering agreement between the MoD and BAE Systems over fixed-wing aircraft.
