Martinotti Confimed as Federal District Judge

Brian Martinotti has been confirmed to serve as a judge on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Martinotti was confirmed on a 92-5 vote on July 6. He has served as a Bergen County Superior Court judge since 2002, and replaces U.S. District Judge Stanley Chesler, of Newark, who took senior status last year.
