Defunct Justin's Restaurant Settles Second Suit Over 2010 Shootings

Four years after two men were shot as they sat in a Cadillac Escalade in the parking lot of Justin's Restaurant, and more than two years after the downtown Atlanta nightspot was shuttered by its owner, Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, the restaurant has settled the second of two lawsuits stemming from the shootings.
