Gibson Dunn argued successfully for flying taxi company Archer Aviation that their employees need to see the alleged secrets—if only briefly—to defend against Wisk Aero's accusations. Wisk Aero's Quinn Emanuel attorneys say that doing so will enable "precisely the misappropriation that Wisk filed suit to stop."
