Duane David-Hough focuses his practice on patent and trade secret litigation and was part of the team that successfully represented Polaroid in its patent infringement suit against Eastman Kodak, which resulted in the award of $925 million, the largest amount ever awarded in a patent case. David-Hough worked on that case while at Fish & Neave, which Ropes & Gray acquired in 2005.
