A "Strategic Thinker," Mr. Brotman is an accomplished Senior Executive with a proven career and substantial
experience in all aspects of architectural and engineering firms, including, architectural design; project management;
profit and loss; business development; mergers and acquisitions; sales and marketing; and strategic planning. Mr.
Brotman is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, with over fifty years of experience including twenty-five years
with one of the world’s largest architect and engineering firms, RTKL Associates Inc., where he served as its Vice
Chairman. He currently provides consulting services to the design and construction industry. His skills include all facets of
Architectural Practice with international experience on complex, multi-million dollar projects, including mixed-use, retail,
office, hotel, and institutional.
He holds a reputation among superiors, colleagues, subordinates, and associates for creative imagination, vision, team
building, and leadership skills. With a specialization in envisioning an end-result, he is known for leading a management
team to realize that result.
