as deposition and trial testimony. One of Mr. Burtness’ specialties is illumination engineering for street, roadway and
parking lot lighting; including photometric requirements, calculations, field verification, equipment specifications,
installation requirements, analysis, and construction disputes. Mr. Burtness is also a seasoned public speaker.
