The Pennsylvania Senate was also set to reconvene Monday, subject to earlier recall by President Pro Tempore Jake Corman, R-Centre.

A bill to clarify license plate obstruction violations is set to be introduced in the Pennsylvania Senate in response to a Superior Court decision that appeared to widen police officers' ability to stop motorists based on those infractions.
