    Bills Introduced to Create Tracking System for Sexual Assault Evidence

    A bipartisan group of lawmakers from both houses of the General Assembly on Sept. 9 introduced bills to establish a statewide tracking system for sexual assault evidence, which would be administered jointly by the Pennsylvania State Police and the Department of Health.

    Pa. Gets Approval to Join Climate Pact

    Pennsylvania's Independent Regulatory Review Commission has greenlit efforts to have the state join in a climate pact called the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, which is aimed at reducing carbon emissions through a cap-and-invest plan.

    Commission Votes to Change Address Used for Prisoners in Redistricting
