Following is a listing of executive and legislative action for the week of Oct. 17. Both houses of the General Assembly were in recess at press time. The Pennsylvania Senate and state House of Representatives were each set to return to session on Oct. 24, subject to earlier recall by President Pro Tempore Jake Corman, R-Centre, and Speaker Bryan Cutler, R-Lancaster, respectively.
