On Feb. 17, 2021, plaintiff Kevin Robert Cummings, 20, a delivery person, was delivering items to the residence of Marta Lipschutz and Stuart Lipschutz in Langhorne. After making the delivery, the Lipschutzes' dog, a Dogo Argentino mix, attacked Cummings. The dog knocked him to the ground and then bit him on his left calf, followed by a bite to the right triceps.

On Feb. 25, 2018, plaintiff Joanne Serpentine, 62, a court clerk, was driving on Oregon Avenue, toward its intersection with 18th Street, in Southwest Philadelphia. The front of her car struck the side of a sport utility vehicle driven by Hieu Le. Le was driving on 18th Street when he allegedly drove through a red light. Serpentine claimed head, neck and back injuries.
