Of course, inclusion means more than looking at the customer experiences of one ethnic group and hair needs. Instead, it means re-examining the total customer experience from the lens of your diverse customers—gender, differently abled, age, gender identity and expression, religion, sexual orientation, dietary restrictions and preferences, and ethnicity.
