Field Fisher Waterhouse (FFW) has confirmed it is to hold a senior partner departing for Hogan Lovells to an 18-month notice period. Eduardo Ustaran, FFW's privacy and information group head and a leading lawyer in his field, has agreed to join the London office of Hogan Lovells.
