Court documents indicate that attorney Tom Girardi has yet to turn over funds from settlements in nine legal matters owed to the estate of Ed Masry, the attorney who worked with him on the environment contamination case made famous from the 2000 film "Erin Brockovich." In a July 9 court filing in Masry & Vititoe's bankruptcy case, Masry's estate sought documents from Girardi Keese relating to the funds, which include settlements over Avandia and Yaz.
