    Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar has announced she will step down after her office failed to perform mandated advertising regarding a proposed constitutional amendment that would open up a two-year liability window allowing those who have been sexually abused to sue their abusers and any institutions that may have harbored them.
